Jim Cantwell is a Tramore Native with strong ties to Kilkenny and Wexford giving him excellent local knowledge. He has a strong business background as both his Parents James & Eileen ran a successful Shoe Store in Waterford City for many years. Jim is passionate about running his own company, growing and building the brand’s reputation as a trustworthy professional company with a very personal individual service. Jim is all about accessibility and honesty, ensuring his clients know how valuable they are to the company. Sales are in Jim’s blood and he thrives in this highly competitive field.
Founder & Rental
Louise Whittle founded the Company in 2003 and loves working with her husband Jim in their family business. Louise considers herself solution driven, always looking to overcome obstacles to ensure the best results. She is a fixer and a mender a natural negotiator which is a really important skill in Managing the Company’s extensive Rental Portfolio. With a background in PR & Marketing Louise applies her expertise to giving each property the best possible exposure.
Operations
Tracy Williams is the Velcro in Whitford Properties frontline office, she juggles all aspects of the daily operations, liaising with Landlords and Tenants on all aspect of the Management of our Company Portfolio.
Little Boss
Tommy is passionate about lots of things and found it difficult to choose his top three but not in Sports! Hurling is his number 1 he is an avid Supporter. When it comes to fueling up after a game then it’s got to be his Mum’s Pasta and Meatballs. His third top is collecting Pokemon Cards so that’s where his pocket money goes. Tommy is only just 9 but he’s already a great conversationalist and loves learning new skills. He’s a very dapper young man.
