The Company was established in 2003 by Louise Whittle who along with her extensive knowledge of the Property Market has a background in Hospitality, Marketing and Public Relations, a skill set that hugely benefits Whitford’s clients in sourcing and promoting their property. Louise’s husband, Jim Cantwell joined the company in 2006, with Qualifications in Sales and Marketing, having honed his skills with huge brands such as, Guinness, Cadbury’s, Diageo and many others. Tracy hails from Waterford and has a huge local knowledge, Tracy is the front line of Whitford’s Properties and has developed important relationships with Landlords and Tenants alike ensuring a well-oiled smooth operation.
With Jim and Louise, you get a dynamic pair, the Team always put their heads together to decide on the best course of action for each individual client and their property. Louise is particularly good with maintenance, upgrades and aesthetics, while Jim is a great reader of the market and when and how to launch a client’s property to be it for Sale or Rental. They both have super interpersonal skills and always build a good relationship based on honesty, transparency and integrity.
